We source and identify opportunities for clients where we believe there are opportunities to acquire freehold and leasehold businesses or property that can be fitted out for leisure use. Clients benefit from our extensive contacts held on regularly updated databases of owners, agents, developers, investors and land owners within their specified target sectors. This enables us to quickly identify suitable opportunities for consideration which we then provide to clients. Once identified, we start negotiations, advise on value, finalise heads of terms and liaise with the lawyers of both parties through to completion.
Disposals
We are in regular contact with many owners of businesses and property in the leisure sectors and are often taking sale instructions. We assess the market value recommending an asking price, produce sales information and then target suitable purchasers who we know from experience are capable and likely to acquire such an asset. This avoids dealing with many prospective purchasers who are unlikely to complete the transaction due to it being outside of their experience or financial capability. This is often achieved without the need for advertising. We are also creative and innovative in how we structure deals working with accountants and lawyers to secure the best possible outcome for our clients.
