Instructed to identify a suitable site for the development of a ten pin bowling centre in the north west. We subsequently acquired a lease on a former B&Q store in Altringham which will be developed into a modern leisure facility.

Triangle Amusements Ltd

We are retained by Triangle Amusements Ltd to identify FEC opportunities in the Great Yarmouth area and subsequently sourced the acquisition of Britannia Pier, Great Yarmouth.
